Current off ice training sessions are being offered for all levels to strengthen muscles used in skating as well as mobility of joints and jump technique.
To book a class, use the form to sign up for the following dates and times. Sessions will be held at Suburban Ice Macomb, located in Macomb County.
Payment will be due at the top of session time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FOR FIRST TIME MEMBERS:
Please be sure to print and sign our liability waiver and bring it to the first class session.
ATHLETES MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN CLASS WITHOUT A SIGNED WAIVER.
